Charlie is a seasoned customer service expert with over 20 years of experience, always ready to lend a
helping hand. He proudly served for 9 years in the Tennessee Army National Guard, showcasing his
commitment and dedication. You can find him on the weekends camping and hiking in the great outdoors, soaking up nature. A music lover and tech enthusiast, Charlie enjoys diving into the latest gadgets and learning about new technologies. He lives in Dandridge with his wife Kristina and their dog, Remi.
